As a former competitive ballroom dancer, I learned leadership in a unique way – through precision, trust, and the interplay of a dance partner. Dancing at the highest level is not just about technique, but also posture, clear communication, and a feel for your partner – qualities that are also crucial in leadership. In leadership, as in dance, clarity and flexibility set the rhythm that carries and drives the team.

Today, I apply these principles to business and show leaders how to strengthen their teams through synchronization and trust, while always setting a clear direction. With my experience in high-performance sports, working in corporations, and reflection as a systemic coach, I help you lead your teams resiliently and flexibly through digital transformation and the integration of AI.
