Dominique René Fara, owner and managing director of Tree Consulting GmbH, started working for his father's management consultancy in 2000 while studying. After completing his studies, Dominique worked in various human resources positions, including twelve years in management positions. In 2013, Dominique took over the People Development division of WILO SE, responsible for personnel and leadership development, change management, coaching, and knowledge management. After nine years in this position, he ventured into self-employment. Today, he supports individuals and organizations on their path to digital transformation. He is deeply convinced that people find fulfillment when they exceed their potential.
